It was a very comfortable experience. The location of this hotel next to best one in Saudi Arabia, the outskirts of the city and the desert was particularly good. The staff was welcoming, offered ironing and a complimentary breakfast free of charge. The provided service was great.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room with 40 inch televisions, my bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was GOOD, so close to Saudi Arabia, city and super markets and the restaurant.

This hotel provided great value for my business trip! The sleeping quality was superb, which is just what I needed. The in-house services were also a plus, especially the walkie-talkie system for quick and efficient service. The location was a key factor for my stay, it was so convenient. The rent of the room was very competitive as well, which meant I could get more out of my trip.

The check-in process was quite slow and the staff at the reception desk could have been more friendly. During check out, the receptionist did not offer me a breakdown of my bill which made me wonder if I would be overcharged.

The hotel had a convenient restaurant onsite with some unique dishes that weren't found at other hotels in the area. the early check-in option was a plus, allowing us to settle in much sooner than expected. the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well to help combat the temperatures outside.

There were some downsides as well. the staff could have been more helpful and professional, especially when it came to accommodating room changes.
